Processing Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing or carrier issues.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
International Shipping Policy
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply. Additional customs fees or import taxes may be applicable in your region, and these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
OW Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Stolen Packages
OW Apparel is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided during the order process. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, the date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
